What kind of payment methods do you take?
We accept all forms of payment, including Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.
Do you restock sold-out items? If so, can I be notified once you restock?
We do not restock on all our merchandise, some will remain exclusive. To be notified of restocks, sign up for our newsletter on our site to receive notifications on new releases and restocks.
Sizing
Jey Loves Mami tees
The shirts are a classic/tubular fit; won't be too tight or too baggy, so stay true to size. If you want an oversized fit, go a size up. Size Chart.
Yeetality Country tees
The shirts are pre-shrunk 7.5oz max heavyweight cotton tees. They're slightly oversized on the chest, length, and sleeves, so stay true to size for a slightly looser fit. Size Chart.
Can I add to my order after it has been submitted?
While we can't modify existing completed orders, we can create a draft order, send an invoice, or process the payment on your behalf if you permit us.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unless there are errors, such as sending the wrong size or manufacturer defects. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, along with a receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at . We will provide a return shipping label if accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Do you accept exchanges?
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges. However, inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and we'll update you on whether we can accept the exchange. Please refer to the product information or reach out if unsure about sizing before purchasing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days), USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days).
If you preordered an item, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for printing and handling.
International Shipping
International packages are shipped with USPS First Class (7-21 days), DHL Worldwide (5 days), UPS Worldwide Expedited, and Worldwide Saver (Delivery days vary by country). We have automated shipping calculations at checkout from Shopify since we can't give flat rate prices specific addresses and locations. For a potential affordable shipping price, contact us.

How do I change my shipping address after placing my order?
We can edit the shipping address for any order that hasn't been fulfilled. By default, customers can't change their shipping addresses after placing an order.
