What kind of payment methods do you take?
The shop is closed, however, an alternative to purchase the Jey & Rhea inspired merch is on PayPal. All forms of payment PayPal offers is accepted.
Do you restock sold-out items? If so, can I be notified once you restock?
Since operations to print mass Jhea merch has ceased, should the remaining inventory sell out, there will be no restocks.
Sizing
Jey Loves Mami tees
The shirts are a classic/tubular fit; won't be too tight or too baggy, so stay true to size. If you want an oversized fit, go a size up. Size Chart.
Yeetality Country tees
The shirts are pre-shrunk 7.5oz max heavyweight cotton tees. They're slightly oversized on the chest, length, and sleeves, so stay true to size for a slightly looser fit. Size Chart.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unless there are errors, such as sending the wrong size or manufacturer defects. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, along with a receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at . We will provide a return shipping label if accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Do you accept exchanges?
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges. However, inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and we'll update you on whether we can accept the exchange. Please refer to the product information or reach out if unsure about sizing before purchasing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days).
International Shipping
International packages are shipped with DHL, so customers don't pay for taxes & duties upon delivery (Delivery days vary by country). Read our International Shipping policy for more details.
